ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented AI Trainer to enhance the capabilities of artificial intelligence (AI) models.
In this role, you will train AI models by curating, labeling, and refining datasets, testing outputs, and providing human feedback to improve machine learning performance.

Responsibilities:

Data Curation & Annotation: Label, refine, and structure training datasets for machine learning models, ensuring high accuracy and relevancy.

Model Evaluation & Testing: Assess AI-generated responses, correct errors, and provide structured feedback to improve model quality.

Training AI Assistants: Improve AI systems by engaging in conversations, simulating real-world interactions, and refining prompts for better user experience.

Linguistic & Contextual Analysis: Ensure AI-generated text is coherent, unbiased, and contextually appropriate based on the use case.

Collaborate with AI Engineers & Researchers: Work closely with the machine learning team to refine model behaviors, identify failure cases, and propose improvements.

Content & Prompt Engineering: Design and optimize prompts to enhance AI responses across different domains.

Ethical & Bias Monitoring: Identify and mitigate biases in AI-generated content by adhering to ethical AI guidelines.

Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to track model improvements and iterate on training methods.
Requirements :
01
Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Journalism, Psychology, or a related field. (Master’s degree is a plus.)

Experience in AI training, data annotation, NLP, content moderation, or related fields is preferred.

Familiarity with machine learning concepts and natural language processing (NLP).

Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, Bard, ChatGPT, Claude, or LLaMA.

Basic proficiency in Python, SQL, or data processing tools (preferred but not required).

Experience with annotation tools like Labelbox, Prodigy, or Snorkel is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize patterns.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking

Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Strong communication skills for feedback and collaboration with AI developers.
