Responsibilities:

Training AI Assistants: Improve AI systems by engaging in conversations, simulating real-world interactions, and refining prompts for better user experience.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Journalism, Psychology, or a related field. (Master’s degree is a plus.)

Experience in AI training, data annotation, NLP, content moderation, or related fields is preferred.

Familiarity with machine learning concepts and natural language processing (NLP).

Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, Bard, ChatGPT, Claude, or LLaMA.

Basic proficiency in Python, SQL, or data processing tools (preferred but not required).
